The Customer will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Team Member to perform the Service.
Our Team Members will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to all areas of the Premises requiring the Service.
The Customer will provide the Team Member with access to all services and utilities including but not limited to hot water, cold water, electricity, and a garbage disposal area as required by the Team Member to provide the Service.
If a Team Member is required to clean behind or under a heavy item such as a fridge, stove, washing machine, bookshelf or any other deemed heavy item, the Customer will be required to move these items prior to the commencement of the Service at the Customers own risk.
The Customer will have removed all personal belongs such as furniture, art, rugs etc. prior to the commencement of any Service. We endeavors to be both careful and safe however takes no responsibility for any damage that may be coursed at time of Service.
The actual price payable by the Customer is calculated on the type and size of the property or by total number of hours worked by the Team Member plus any incurred costs.
We reserves the right to refuse a booking without reason.
If the customer uses abusive language, then we hold the right to stop the work on the spot and do not refund the Payments for the Clean.
Our cleans are guaranteed for 5 days. Should your clean not pass agent inspection, please send us the list of missed items and we will provide free of charge- one return visit within 48 hours to complete the missed items. We need a clear itemised list from the agent. Damaged or extremely dirty properties can not be guaranteed.
Our cleaners guarantee does not cover settled dust from the time we clean to the time of inspection; an empty house can accumulate dust very quickly. We also do not guarantee anything being dirtied from an open house..
